You can browse Ticketnetwork.com without disclosing Your personal information, but in order to take advantage of most of the Site’s services, such as creating an account in order to purchase tickets, You must provide Us with personal information. Depending on the service being provided, this may include your contact and billing information, name, address, email address, telephone number, credit/debit card information and other purchase information.
  • B. Cookies and Other Tracking Tools. We may also collect details of your visits to the Site, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs, and other communication data, including your IP address, timing and content of what You viewed. 3. How We Will Use the Information We Collect

  • A. Customer Service. Site, Ticket Seller, and/or third-party service provider, will use your information for transactional purposes in order to provide services to you. Such services include, but are not limited to, providing access to your registered account, allowing ticket purchases, and providing you with related benefits and customer service. We will use Your information to respond to any of Your inquiries regarding the Site’s services. Unless You requests otherwise, We may contact You in the future to tell You about specials, new products or services. We may also contact you about changes to this Privacy Policy.
  • B. Marketing. We may also use Your personal information to provide marketing services on behalf of Site as well as share Your personal information with affiliated entities to provide joint content and services and to market the products and services of such entities.   • A. Site’s affiliates or subsidiaries, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Site Terms and Policies.
  • B. You may see information about a Fulfiller and the Fulfiller may see information about you in certain circumstances, such as in connection with ticket shipping tracking or sharing of a return address.
  • C. Third party service providers, to facilitate services they provide to us, such as payment processing, order fulfilment, customer service, auditing, and other services.

 

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Information

We keep personal information for as long as needed based on the purpose(s) for which it was obtained within the bounds of the applicable laws and regulations. We may keep your Personal Information as long as you have a registered account on the Site. It may also be necessary to keep your information due to a legal obligation.

6. Cookies Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit our Site. Our Site uses cookies and other tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze site functionality and performance, and provide personalized advertising related to event ticket sales and content based on your interests, such as event recommendations and special ticket offers.

  • A. Third party vendors, including but not limited to Google, show advertisements for Site on the Internet. Third party vendors, including but not limited to Google, use cookies to serve advertisements based on Your prior visits to Site. You can manage what information you share with Google via Google’s account settings at https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy . Site may share, sell, or rent Your information collected on the Site from you voluntarily with third party vendors, advertising companies, or analytics providers including, but not limited to, Google.
  • B. The Site also participates in targeted advertising wherein it contracts with third-party companies to collect certain information when You visit the Site to provide measurement services to the Site and target ads to User, such as Facebook and Meta. These companies use non-personally identifiable information (e.g., click stream information, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over, hardware or software information, cookie and session ID) and personally identifiable information (e.g. IP address) during Your visits to this Site and other websites in order to tailor advertisements about goods and services to you. By using Site, You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older. We are not liable for any damages that may result from any misrepresentations of age. No one under the age of 13 is authorized to submit or post any information, including personally identifying information, on the Site. Under no circumstances may anyone under age 13 use the Site. Parents or legal guardians of children under 13 cannot agree to these Terms on their behalf.

9. Opt out of Marketing emails and SMS You have the right to object to the processing of Your data for direct marketing purposes. You may opt out of receiving marketing related emails from Us by following the instructions in any marketing or promotional email You receive. If You no longer want to receive SMS/text messages from us, You may opt out by replying to the SMS/text message with “STOP”.

10. Supplemental Rights & U.S. State Specific Laws This supplements the above privacy policies and provides additional details regarding the disclosures and rights of those customers who are residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Montana, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. This does not relate to Personal Information provided by Site or Provider’s applicants, employees, contractors, owners, directors, or officers where the Personal Information We collect about those individuals relates to their current, former, or potential role.

A. Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights. You have the right to make a verifiable consumer request to Us to dsclose the information listed below about the collection and use of Your Personal Information. This information will be provided to You in an electronic and portable format if available:

  • The categories of sources for the Personal Information collected about you;
  • The business or commercial purposes for collecting or selling that Personal Information;

Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and will direct Ticket Seller to delete) your Personal Information from records, unless an exception applies.

a.       We may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for Us or Ticket Seller to:

  • o    Complete the transaction for which the Personal Information was collected, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of the ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform the contract between you and the Ticket Seller.
  • o    Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.
  • o    Debug products to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality.
  • o    Exercise free speech, protect the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise another right provided for by law.
  • o    Comply with any applicable data protection law or regulation.
  • o    Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information’s deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research’s achievement, if you previously provided informed consent.
  • o    Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with Site.
  • o     Comply with a legal obligation.
  • o    Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

C. Personal Information Sales Opt-Out Rights You may request to opt-out of the sale of your personal information by clicking on the following link: Opt out. You do not need to create an account with Site to exercise your opt-out rights. We will only use personal information provided in an opt-out request to review and comply with the request.  

D. How to Exercise Your Data and Privacy Rights. You, or your duly authorized representative, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. Please be aware that unreasonable or excessive requests may be subject to administrative fees.  

  • The verifiable consumer request must:
    • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom Personal Information was collected or an authorized representative
    • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the Personal Information relates to you.     • Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

E. Responses to Your Requests

  • a. Timing and Format We will provide a response to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to an additional 45 days), We will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. Any disclosures we provide will only include information that exists within our current records. The response we provide will also explain the reason(s) we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
  • b. No Fee. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will give you a clear reason for the decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
  • c. Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your data and privacy rights under the applicable laws of the state of which you are a resident. Unless permitted by law, we will not:

They may also request a copy of their information, correct inaccuracies, and have a right to appeal any decision regarding their privacy requests. They also have the right to request their data in an electronic and portable format. H. Right to an Appeal. If you disagree with a decision that the We have made, You have the right to request an appeal of that decision.
